Installation conditions

• Install the device in accordance with local guidelines and rules.
• Choose a location that is frost-free, damp-free and well ventilated.
• Inside the building.
• Install in a non-public place, preferably a locked service room.
• Mount the unit on a flat, solid wall capable of supporting the device's weight.
• Ensure sufficient clearance around the unit for service and repair. See Required free space in Mount the Link.

Avoid installing the product in close proximity to high-power electrical devices and cables, inductive loads and switching devices. Proximity to such objects may cause uncontrolled interference, resulting in unstable operation of the product. Proper arrangement of the power and signal cabling affects the operation of the product. Avoid laying the power and signal wiring in parallel. It can cause interferences in monitored and control signals.

Electrical installation of this product must be done in accordance with national wiring codes and conform to local regulations.
