Frequently asked questions

Can I connect a component that is not listed in the Supported components?

No. Do you need an additional component onboarded? Reach out to us at info@integer.energy.

I have a component that is not in the library connected to a BMS. Will the Link be able to read data and send commands to this component?

As long as the BMS is part of the onboarded components, and the underlying component datapoints are in the EDE file or datapoint list, it is not an issue.

I don't see some of the options in the side menu.

Most likely you do not have the right permission in this installation. Contact the installation admin or reach out to info@integer.energy.

What happens if I disconnect the Link?

While the Link is powered off, it will not be able to collect data or send commands to the installation components. As soon as you power it back on, it will resume operations.
