Safety

Danger

Do not expose the Link to flammable or explosive gas or smoke, and do not work on it in such an environment.

Danger

Do not place the Link near heat or fire sources, such as heaters or other heating devices. Overheating can damage the Link or cause a fire.

Warning
  • Avoid drilling holes into water pipes and power cables buried in the wall.
  • Mount the Link on a flat and secure interior wall.
  • When wall-mounting the Link, ensure that the cable connections face downwards.
Warning

Mount the Link away from liquids. Do not mount it where condensation forms, such as under water pipes or air exhaust vents, or where water can leak, such as under air-conditioner vents, ventilation vents or the windows of the equipment room. No liquid may enter the Link: it causes faults or short circuits.

Warning

Do not mount the Link inside a metal cabinet (for example a control box) if you are going to rely on the 4G connection: the metal blocks the signal.
