Onboarding Modbus TCP devices

  1. Choose the device. Select the manufacturer, model and protocol as described in Onboarding components.

  2. Identifier. Enter the device identifier: the name through which it will be known in the Integer Platform.

  3. Remote Access. For some components it is possible to access their internal dashboards remotely. In that case you will see Remote Access. If you toggle it, you can fill in the device IP address.

  4. Protocol-specific Settings. You can also toggle the protocol configuration if you wish to fill in the details now. You may also leave it untoggled and fill it in during on-site commissioning.
