Chapter 2 · Component Onboarding

Onboarding LoRaWAN devices

LoRaWAN devices can be onboarded individually or in bulk. For bulk onboarding, see Bulk onboarding LoRaWAN devices. To onboard a single device:

  1. Choose the device. Select the manufacturer, model and protocol as described in Onboarding components.

  2. Identifier. Enter the device identifier: the name through which it will be known in the Integer Platform.

  3. Protocol-specific Settings. Toggle it and fill in the Protocol Configuration: the Device EUI, Join EUI, App Key and Serial Number. The Network Key is optional.

    When you purchase a LoRaWAN device, you should receive a CSV file with this information. If you purchased the device from Integer and do not have the CSV file, contact info@integer.energy.
