Our flagship product, the LINK, is a plug-and-play platform for the remote management, control, and optimization of energy usage in building energy installations. It helps installers to do more efficient maintenance while enabling building owners to improve indoor climate comfort, reduce CO2 emissions, and address grid congestion.
As our Chief Commercial Officer, you will spearhead Integer’s commercial success.
- Full-time position starting in Q2 2025
- English and Dutch as a working language
- Location: TU/e Campus (Option to work hybrid)
- Develop and execute Integer’s commercial strategy across the Netherlands and the EU.
- Establish strategic partnerships and distribution channels with installers and HVAC equipment wholesalers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate and secure large B2B contracts in the installations and real estate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients such as Koninklijke Kuijpers, fostering long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities at both national and international levels.
- Collaborate closely with our product and innovation teams to align our offering with market needs and customer expectations.
- Extensive experience in commercial roles (ideally 10+ years), particularly in the installations or real estate markets.
- Proven success in closing significant B2B contracts and implementing growth strategies.
- Expertise in creating commercial and distribution agreements within the HVAC, real estate, or related sectors.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
