We are Integer, an impact driven startup revolutionising the management and optimization of energy installations in buildings. Our flagship product, the LINK, is a plug-and-play platform for the remote management, control, and optimization of energy installations. It empowers installers to perform better and more efficient maintenance, while enabling building owners to enhance indoor comfort, reduce CO2 emissions, and address local grid congestion.

As an Operations Coordinator you will be the operational backbone of the company and a force multiplier for the team as we continue to grow

Summary
  • Part-time position as Operations Coordinator
  • This is an open application. There is no fixed start date
  • Dutch and English as working languages
  • Location: TU/e Campus (Option to work hybrid)
As an Operations Coordinator at Integer you will
  • Work directly with the management team, taking ownership of administrative and operational processes across the company
  • Support and management of (publicly) funded projects and grants
  • Support marketing initiatives that help us grow our brand and reach
  • Create and maintain a clear overview of all recurring company processes, deadlines, and responsibilities (a “process and deadline tracker”)
  • Maintain and structure Integer’s data room, ensuring documents are up to date and easily accessible
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for administrative matters
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve, standardise, and streamline internal processes
What you need
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of processes
  • Based in the Netherlands
Nice to Have
  • Experience with administrative or operational roles in a startup, scale-up, or project-based environment
  • Familiarity with government grants, subsidies, or publicly funded projects
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
